Supercharged boiler is one of the kernel equipment of dynamical devices in ship, and the control of water level of boiler is of great importance for safety, economy of ship. Due to great inertia, time delay and phenomena of false-water-level, the control of water level of boiler becomes one of the difficulties of boiler control systems. In order to solve this problem to keep the safety, stabilization and economy of ship to a high level in different working situation, the author has designed PID control system and Human Simulated Intelligent Control system and done much research work by C++ programming in simulation.First of all, the author has analyzed the method to found mathematical model and found the mathematical model of water level. From the simulation result afterwards, this mathematical model accords with actual situation which means that it is reasonable and exact.Second, the author has analyzed the principle, advantage and shortage, ability of controlling false-water-level of different kinds of water level control systems, including position-control system, three-impulse control system and so on. The author has designed three-impulse control system with PID control algorithm and done some research work in six kind of working situation , the simulation results shows that it can overcome false-water-level in some degree and is competent for water level control.Third, the author has particularly analyzed theory of Human Simulated Intelligent Control, including the basic principle, characteristic, constitute, and so on, furthermore, the design of Human Simulated Intelligent Controller has been introduced.At last, the author has designed three-pulse Human Simulated Intelligent Control system for water level control. Based on the basic Human Simulated Intelligent Control algorithm, the author has come up with improved Human Simulated Intelligent Control algorithm, which can gain good control effect through simulation in six kind of working situation. It can not only overcome false-water-level but also has good stabilization, accuracy as well as a great range of control parameter for stabilization. It is very competent of water level control.
