The study of imitating human's intelligence is an appealing and important way to solve problems in controlling areas, realize controlling of the complex system and develop the controlling theory. However, intelligent control is still in the initial stage with concepts and theories under development. There are still no unified description of the definitions, theories, methodologies, and struetures. It still lacks solid and systematic theoretical foundation. The theory and method of the extenics basic-element analysis and the extension sets provide an important tool for intelligent control. Applying the extenics theoty to human-simulated intelligent control and its strategy research and building human-simulated hierarchical architecture model is a new trial.This dissertation collects, sorts and analyses related material about the extenics and human-simulated intelligent theory at home and abroad. On the basis of these work, this dissertation makes an intensive study on hierarchical architecture design based on the human-simulated intelligent model of extenics, and puts the results into practice. The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1) Human-simulated intelligent model designing based on extenicsIt analyses human-simulated hierarchical model. Diseussion that the purpose of the study on human-simulated is not the controlled objeet but the ways of the controller to imitate the experience, aetivity and knowledge strueture of experts, and the aim of modeling is not the mathematical models of the controlled objects but the dynamic characteristic model of the whole system, as well as the qualitative and quantitative knowledge model of the controller. It defines model structure, analyses function characteristics of each layer and its expressing way of knowledge model, and gives a design stardard.(2) Research on human-simulated multimodal division and the extension domainIt analyses and discusses division of dynamic process in the complex system, researches division of the extension domain and information transformation based on experiences in this process. It puts forward the relationship between dot and domain and builds dependent function on the basis of the previous extension distance, area distance and position. It provides grounds for quantitative analysis and calculation in building human simulated mutimodel control.(3) Self-study based on the extension basic-elementBased on the extension basic-element, it aims at imitating human's self-study. It studies on acquiring motion rule and programming rule under unsupervised condition from the experiences in parallel so as to form the control knowledge of this system. In the system study, the system deduces rules from experiences and further generalizes the rules to concepts or rules in higher level, constructing multiresolutional knowledge architecture.(4) Human-simulated design of a large water-press machine hydraulic servo systemIt illustrates on how to realize human-simulated mutimodel control with no accurate system model according to the experiences of the experts and on the basis of the structures of the extention human-simulated model to design control system and realize function division. It proves that human-simulated intelligent control based on extention is better than the traditional PID algorithm.(5) Fast-charging process control and adaptive design of VRLA power batteryIt proposes human-simulated mutimodel control strategy towards VRLA power battery's fast-charging process. It changes following "Mass optimum charging curve" into "optimum charging curve" on charging and discharging alternatively, provides designing of parameters self-correcting layer and adaptive layer in the human-simulated model. Practice has proved VRLA battery can be quickly charged with high current and with no influence on cycle life.At last, the main research is summarized. It makes out the points of innovation and main research results, also points out the future work.
