The paper first expounds the basic thinking of human-simulated intelligent control then does its system structure and the basic characteristic . And on the basis of that the paper analyses the software and hardware of the crude oil heating boiler human-simulated intelligent control system of oil extraction plant concentrating-routing station in details but also optimizes the design of them. Besides, hierarchical distributed control is applied successfully in the crude oil heating boiler system: the upper-computer of center console is in charge of data's display,saving,supervisor of historical database and optimizes the control parameters of the down-computer. The lower-computer achieve the real-time arithmetic of human-simulated intelligent control .The result proves that its capability is apparently better than routine PID control.
