The"Bench of Automotive Electric System Vibration Reliability Test " is one test system designed for the road simulation test for automotive electric system. It's online monitoring system, a kind of multi-parameter data acquisition and processing system, is an important part based on automotive electrical theory and computer test and control technology. This article mainly discussed the design methods and process of the monitoring system in detail.By the research of the automotive electric system's control principles, electric stress could be load into the system to be tested. Then, the main automotive electrical parts in the test could be able to work in the road simulation. That is the foundation of the reliability test.On the overall design of the system, a concept "Virtual Cell Model" was put forward through the study of monitoring objects characteristics. Set up with the "Model" of the corresponding rules and expand the rules as the core to complete the framework as well as hardware and software design. So that the system has good flexibility, be able to flexibly applied to different models of the electric system of monitoring.The basic structure of the system is based on Ethernet by using LXI BUS modular instruments. The hardware design and the selection of functional modules are according to characteristics of signals. Software of virtual instrument was developed by LabWindows/CVI to achieve data acquisition, status display, data processing, alarm and fault diagnosis in the process of monitoring.Finish the system integration at last, which could be applied to different kinds of automobiles, for the purpose that using automation to reduce artificial load and to protect the reliability of test data by equipments. It makes testing of vehicle electrical product to be a controllable, traceable and repeatable process.
