In industrial production,the high-power bus nodes in the electric cabinet will be heated due to poor contact.The phenomenon of heating will further aggravate the poor contact of high-power nodes,resulting in a vicious circle,causing serious equipment safety hazards.The remote real-time monitoring of the temperature of the high-power node can find the hidden danger of the equipment as early as possible,so as to deal with the abnormal temperature in time and ensure the safety of the equipment.In this project,the infrared temperature sensor module based on MLX90614 is used to collect the temperature of the target point,an ultrasonic ranging module based on HC-SR04 is used to measure the distance between the infrared temperature sensor and the target,STM32 series of main control chips are used to process the temperature and distance data collected by terminal nodes,the processing results are sent to the wireless transmission module based on ZigBee technology.Wireless transmission module is used to send data to PC for display and further analysis.In order to be suitable for various types of electric control cabinet,the power supply of current transformer is designed to supply power for the whole system;According to the actual situation of copper bus node,the emissivity of MLX90614 is compared and set;According to the measurement error of different distance,the distance parameter is introduced to compensate the algorithm,so as to obtain the accurate temperature value;In view of the influence of environmental temperature and humidity,the quantitative analysis is carried out to eliminate the environmental interference;In view of the complex environment,the anti-interference scheme of software and hardware is designed;According to the functional requirements of the system,the upper computer system and SQL database are designed;After the completion of the system design,the functions are tested on the spot,and the design requirements are met.
