The complex product manufacturing has been a very important ingredient of the modern manufacturing industry. Complex product, which has complex customer requirements, complex structure or complex management etc, can be found in many domains, ship building is the typical one.Nowadays, Project Management has been the most effective technology for the management of the ship building. But some deficiency exists, for example, the compatibility of the plan can not be guaranteed and the distributing resources can not be managed effectively. In order to resolve the mentioned problems, this dissertation researches systematically on the following aspects: the integration model of Project Management and ERP, the integration management methodology, the resource model, the optimized algorithms of planning. The main contents of the dissertation includes the following aspects:Firstly, the dissertation presents a summary on the current situation of the ship building and the deficiency of the Project Management and ERP system. A new integration management pattern for the ship building is proposed based on the integration model of Project Management and ERP. In the integration pattern, two methods are proposed, the cross-enterprise work breakdown structure and the hierarchy network planning model. Then, the integration technologies relevant to the management mode are put forward and a cooperative resource of cross-enterprise management model is established. Uncertain manufacturing resource problem is analyzed in this dissertation too.Secondly, an integration planning architecture, which based on the integration pattern mentioned above, is proposed. And then some related algorithms are introduced to solve the problems existed in the architecture, including the algorithm involved in the generating of project plan, the algorithm about the multi-enterprise task distribution, the algorithm for the resource-constrained project scheduling problem. Each algorithm's problem model, solving method, detailed steps and result analysis are given too.Finally, to validate the results of this dissertation, on the J2EE software platform, a software system for the ship manufacturing is designed and implemented, based on the integration architecture and the related algorithms.
