Erp Production Planning Systems Research And Practice

With the development of information technique, ERP software have been applied in more and more manufacture enterprises and play important roles in improving enterprise's management level and benefits. While concentrating to the integration of its subsystems and sub modules, traditional ERP products ignore the production planning, witch is the base and key point of ERP. It must face the difficult issues how to fulfill the complex demands of production planning management and apply the production planning software system to enhance the accuracy and flexibility of production planning.The dissertation analyses the characteristics of manufacture enterprise's production types, summarizes the material's characteristics, BOM model and capacity model in manufacture enterprises, then bring forward the production planning model of disperse manufacture enterprises. It investigates the production planning arithmetic, brings forward and realizes the Master Production Scheduling algorithm, the Material Requirement Planning algorithm and the Capacity Requirement Planning algorithm. The algorithms have considered much information such as storage status, product batch, workshop produce, and BOM. After analyzing the production planning flow actuality of a disperse manufacture corporation, the author applies the research results to the process of analyzing and designing of production planning software system on the structure, function and fslow of the software, then realizing it. The production planning model is enough adaptive to fit many kinds of disperse manufacture enterprises. The algorithms can fit many types of production planning complexion correctly and effectively.Via the supporting of the production planning software system for the corporation's production management, the management, control ability for production and production planning has been improved, gained good economy benefit. This is a good use for reference of the other national MTO manufacture companies.
