| The publishing of < Government Information Publication Regulations of the People's Republic of China > (following called for short) marks China is entering new times of"Sunshine Government"and"Transparent Government". As social service institutions, public archives shall take their responsibility. Public archives shall be based on purpose of"Serving the People"and build"One-stop"information service platform and to be closed to the people; make people convenient and benefit them. Public archives shall devote to the work of government information publication.This paper discusses the theory basis of disclosing government information in public archives and lay heavy stress on building mechanisms of guarantee, supervision and coordination of disclosing government information in public archives, which discusses rationality and feasibility for archives to publicize government information in theory and in realizing mechanism. Respect citizens'right to know fully on the premise of guaranteeing national and collective benefits. Public archives shall respond to , do everything set by well and create sunshine archives and genial archives. |
