Investigation On The Operating Situation Of Government Information Publicity System In Chinese Archives

With the promulgation and implementation of Regulations on Government Information Publication, and rapid development of the e-government in China, more and more archives use archival website to carry out government information publication, and provide timely and convenient government information, which are formed and obtained from the course of their duties or collected from various administrative organs of government.Based on the theoretical basis of the government information open system, this paper analyzes the position of archives in the government information publication, the necessity and feasibility of using archival website as a government information open platform.Using the way of website survey, this paper investigates the basic conditions of website operation, the situation of government information publication and utilization of information published in archival websites. Through the survey, this paper collects relevant data to count and analyze, and finally gets overall results. Based on the operating situation of government information publicity system in Chinese archives, this paper proposes relevant development ideas and countermeasures, and points out deficiencies and problems of this paper. This paper includes five chapters just as follows:Chapter1:Introduction. This chapter firstly states research background, signify-cance, situation, content, ideas and methods. And then, the innovation points of the paper are summed up.Chapter2:Theoretical basis. This chapter elaborates the theoretical basis of the government information disclosure system, views the role of archives in the government information publication from obligation subject and implementation subject of archives, and then expounds that archival website is an important means of archives’work of the government information publication.Chapter3:Overall survey. This chapter firstly explains the object, content and methodology of this survey. And then counts and analyze the survey data, sums up each content module.Chapter4:Analysis of the results. Firstly the government information publication modes are summed up in this chapter. And then current situation of government information publication in archival websites is analyzed.Chapter5:Conclusion. This chapter mainly proposes the development ideas and countermeasures of the operating situation of government information publicity system in Chinese archives, pointing the deficiencies and problems of this paper.
