With the rapid development of computer network and communication technology,manufacturing automation technology is no longer just be satisfied with the flexible,integrated request,but towards the intelligence,information technology and network,at the same time with the further enhance level of control and manage modernization, Manufacturing Enterprise Information System Integration Network(ERP) are attended more and more attention.The condition monitoring equipment,monitoring the devices directly and feedback on the information timely,is closely related to them and is the base of analysis for enterprise information integration.At present,most of the domestic machine tool control systems are small-scale and network are not in high-level.It is far from can not meet the industrial production need of machine equipments monitor demand.This paper researches the enterprise information management system,Ethernet and field bus technology,and focuses on CAN bus technology.Based on the CAN bus and C/S structure,the paper establish a network monitoring system consisting of a data communication network and remote monitoring computer,they communication by PC Server through Ethernet.Fieldbus technology is applied to the industrial control on-site,laying the foundation for the enterprise information integrated management.The paper researches the design of the bottom of CAN nodes distributed network both the hardware and software,including intelligence data collection and transmission parts;at the same time,due to the CAN protocol itself defines only the physical layer(first layer) and data link layer(second layer) norms,not regulating high-level agreement, the paper defines the CAN protocol based on CAN 2.0;storage gathering information on database and the intelligent nodes communicate with the PC Server by serial.PC Server communicates with remote monitoring computer by UDP protocol.In order to improve the system stability and reliability,hardware and software anti-jamming measures are considered in the design of system,such as photovoltaic isolator,power protection and so on.The programming Iangue are C and assemble language.The machine monitoring system,with the character of other remote monitoring system,can easily be upgrade and can be applied to other areas of production control system with some little improvement.
