Recently,with the development of photoelectric technology and digital image processing technology,the contactless temperature measurement technology based on CCD sensor has become a focus of research in the field of high temperature measurement.Traditional infrared temperature measurement systems are very heavy and have low measure precision or cost is high.So it is nessary to develop a convenient, cheaper and high precision image temperature measurement system and it has remarkable practical value.This paper mainly researches a temperature measurement system based on the near-infrared enhanced CCD image sensor and contactless temperature measurement technology.In cement,glass,and electric power industries,furnace is the main equipment in producing process. Furnace's temperature control has an important effect on product quality, fuel consumption and gas emissions.At present infrared focal plane array imaging systems have already applied abroad.Since our technology is not yet mature and foreign countries' embargo,it is not widely used in China. In view of this situation,this paper presents a system based on near-infrared enhanced CCD detectors.This double wave band temperature measurement scheme gathers images with high temperature info by the vidicon in front,then transfers the images to host computer by image-collecting card.On host computer those images are computed and processed,then temperature distributing images are shown by method of pseudo-color image technologies.Compare with infrared focal plane array,this scheme has lower cost.For using the method of double-wave temperature measure this video camera has the advantages of strong anti-jamming performance,high precision.This article firstly introduces the blackbody radiation theory and the dual-band temperature measurement theory.In addition,this paper also introduces infrared detect and optics film theory,presents the whole design scheme.Then detailed software,hardware design scheme and functions of each module are introduced in detail.In the end,this paper gives the demarcate experiment and debug result.This system includes front facility and host,front facility is composed of camera lens,image collection block,FPGA module,power and digital transmission block. The host is the computer with the image-collecting card.The infrared of object permeates the camera lens,then is gathered on the CCD.By the AD translate and drive of AD9949,the image digital signals are processed by FPGA module,then transferred to the host.The host collects the image info by the image-collecting card,and computes and processes the double-wave images,then the temperature image of each original image is shown by method of pseudo-color image technologies.This system belongs to the contactless temperature measurement system,has the advantages of high anti-jamming capability,low cost, high precision and real-time performance.On the use of cameras,there will sure to improve product quality,reduce energy consumption and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in various industrial conditions.
