Temperature is the one of key parameters during the process of production in these industries,such as petrochemical,electric power,metallurgy and others.It plays a very important role in improving production quality and productivity,saving energy and reducing consumption,and ensuring safety in production.Thermocouple,high temperature radiometer,temperature measuring gun,thermal imager,optical fiber thermometer and other temperature measuring equipment are widely used in certain special circumstances due to the character of anti-interference ability,small size,flexibility.However,the traditional optical fiber infrared thermometer uses a single optical fiber to measure the temperature at a certain point on the target surface,when temperature distribution of the surface is monitored,it can do nothing about.(Such as molten steel refining.The molten steel and steel slag should be distinguished,and the temperature of the molten steel can be detected effectively it).A method of infrared imaging temperature measurement based on fiber bundle array is proposed in this topic in order to solve the above problem effectively.With the gradually development of fiber optics technology,optical fiber as a component of fiber optics has been widely used in the fields of medicine,industry,military and security,scientific research and so on.Therefore,the experimental device of the topic is based on the imaging principle of optical fiber image bundles and near infrared network plane array detector,and measuring temperature is based on the principle of colorimetric.The main work of the thesis is as follows:1.Two wavelength colorimetric temperature measurement formula and equipment factor K value expression are deduced from several laws of thermal radiation.Thermal image and target recognition are carried out by using fiber image bundles and near infrared CCD coupling.The target temperature is calculated according to the colorimetric temperature measurement formula.2.According to the experimental operation need,designing temperature measuring device system,which are mainly optical fiber image bundles and near infrared thermal imaging sensors,high temperature lenses so as to explain the temperature measurement data processing system and software workflow are described.3.In order to improve the accuracy of measurement and reduce experimental error,several key technologies in the system are optimized.For example,infrared band selection,equipment factor K value calibration,infrared image processing and efficient data fitting.4.Experiments were carried out in the laboratory and the experimental data were processed.Fitting formula and reversing verification.5.Analyzing the experimental data.
