This paper mainly researches a temperature measurement system based on the near-infrared enhanced CCD image sensor.In cement,glass, and electric power industries,furnace is the main equipment in producing process.Furnace's temperature control has an important effect on product quality,fuel consumption and gas emissions.At present infrared focal plane array imaging systems have already applied abroad.Since our technology is not yet mature and foreign countries' embargo,it is not widely used in China.In view of this situation,this paper presents a system based on near-infrared enhanced CCD detectors.By method of dual-band temperature measurement and pseudo-color image technologies,this video camera has the advantages of strong anti-jamming performance and low cost.On the use of cameras,there will sure to improve product quality,reduce energy consumption and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in various industrial conditions.This article firstly introduces the blackbody radiation theory and the dual-band temperature measurement theory.Industrial furnaces' peak radiation is in the middle infrared region and the ordinary CCD response is very low in the near-infrared region,so the system selects an enhanced CCD detector.This paper designs a complete hardware system by Sony's near-infrared CCD ICX255AL,10-bit output AD9991 ADC,USB interface programmable enhanced 8051 processor Cy7c68013 and EEPROM memory chips.As optical shunting lens and filter lens are needed,this paper designs the optical structure as a preliminary research project.For the prices of optical lens are very expensive,only designs a single-band system in this paper.On the other side,the two hardware circuit boards are ICX255AL CCD with the core chip AD9991 and image acquisition board with USB 8051 processor Cy7c68013 chip.Both PCB circuit boards are double lined.It has developed a corresponding firmware,device drivers and applications,the design of the various functional modules were conducted tests and debugging.Because the hardware system is actually a single-band system,so an experiment was carried on to validate the effect of dual-band system.An instrument from ASD FieldSpec HandHeld products has measured radiation of approximate blackbody.It gained a good result in the temperature measurement simulation.Because the two dual-band system has the similar circuits to the single-band system,the dual-band CCD image acquisition system can be easily performed.A real temperature measurement camera will be developed after adding the optical lens.
