Research On Measurement System Of High-temperature Target Based On CCD Camera

Temperature is one of the seven fundamental physical quantities.Temperature measurement is closely related to national defense, military,scientific experiments and industrial and agricultural production. So it is particularly important in control system. However most of the traditional temperature measurement instrument can only measure the temperature of single point, cannot reflect the distribution of temperature field. Based on color CCD image sensor of temperature field measurement technology is a new measurement method and its comprehensive utilization of image detection technology and digital image processing technology and the technology of radiation thermometry,has advantages of all non contact temperature measurement, and quick and accurate temperature field measurement, so it becomes one of the research hotspots in the field of high temperature measurement.In this paper, the high temperature measurement system is designed based on color CCD image sensor. Radiation temperature measurement and working principle of color CCD and measuring principle of colorimetric temperature measurement is studied in detail.By using the characteristics that RGB image data component form different characteristics in radiation image of high temperature target, mathematical model is established. Through comparison of the performance of the equipment and parameters, the high temperature measurement system is designed based on the high speed camera. And the software is also designed with functions of image processing and temperature calibration. Finally the system was calibrated by the experiment using a blackbody furnace. According to the different shutter speed of the temperature and the RGB gray value relations, established the mathematical model of the temperature and color value. Then we finished the temperature measurement experiment and error analysis. It indicated that the obtainedtemperature calibration model can be used for measuring the complex temperature field measurement.
