It is very important step to test battery quality before the factory prepare sale their product to the dealer. The battery high-speed testing machinery is dynamic testing device which can take function on product line. It can used to test either alkalescent battery or carbolic battery. This device with excellent reliability, high performance price ratio and agility.On the basis of a summarization on the application background and development trend of the battery automatic testing system, the paper provides an analysis on the structure and control principles of the battery high-speed testing machinery. The function requirement of the system is also analyzed in the paper.This test device takes C8051F series microcomputer as the core. Using high-precision position sensor and mechanically driven device to perform high-precision, intelligentized and digitized measurement on electric parameter of battery. This system includes functions, such as test, display, storage, query and so on.This research for the topic is to do the design and development of the system software and hardware. The hardware of this system mainly consists of data acquisition circuit, sensor circuit, keyboard and display circuit. Data acquisition interface and A/D conversion in C8051F020 accomplishes the sampling of the battery data; Central Controlling Unit made by C8051F020 and relative circuits deals with data processing, coordinating system operation, and output controlling; the anti-jamming question of system has been also investigated. The software program are developed by C51, including main program design and initialize program data testing program and so on. Finally, we test the testing system and show the result of testing data.
