The high pressure sensor plays an important role in medium pressure measuring.In the field of high static pressure,mechanical sensor,piezoelectric sensor,piezoresistive sensor and strain gauge pressure transducer are usually adopted to measure pressure.With the characteristics of good linearity,high sensitivity,and large piezoresistivity,manganin gauge is introduced in high pressure measurement early,especially in dynamic high pressure.In this paper,in order to carry out the measurement of high static pressure under high temperature,piezoresistivity properties and temperature characteristics of manganin are further studied,and the feasibility of manganin used in high static pressure measurement is tested as well as the high temperature compensation method is put forward.Manganin pressure sensor is studied from three perspectives in this paper,including sensor design,experimental research and temperature compensation.Meanwhile,sensory unit and overall structure are designed,a complete experiment system is set up,the calibration of the sensor and the estimation of the parameters are conducted and a simple and effective temperature compensation model is deducted.Aiming at improving the compensation accuracy,temperature compensation method based on RBF neural net is employed and the software compensation program on the basis of Labview is written,implementing the compensation function automatically when sensor is under 500MPa and below 120?,reducing the average relative error to 1.89%.The main researches of this paper are as following:(1)According to the domestic and foreign research on the manganin pressure sensor,the feasibility of wired manganin used in high static pressure measurement is analyzed.The structure of the senor is designed,including the shell design,strength design and analysis,seal design,and sensory unit design,and the reliability of the sensor structure is verified and improved.(2)Aiming at carrying out the study on pressure and temperature characteristics,the high static pressure experiment system is established,including pressure system,temperature system,and data acquisition system.Meanwhile,the factors concerning compression heating and the delay effect of static pressure pipe which may affect the accuracy of experimental data have been taken into consideration.The experimental devices are improved to ensure the experimental data more accurate and reliable.The pressure calibration of the sensor under normal temperature is tested.The static indicators,such as linearity,sensitivity,accuracy and error are measured,and the virtual instrument acquisition program based on Labview is compiled.(3)The temperature characteristics of the sensor are studied on the basis of temperature system and the material property of manganin under the interaction of pressure and temperature is explored.After analyzing a large number of experimental data,a simple and effective temperature compensation model is put forward.In order to enhance the compensation accuracy,temperature compensation method based on RBF neural net is adopted,and the temperature compensation software program according to Labview is compiled,realizing the on-line automatic compensation.
