The Interact has become fast a popular medium for connecting the people of the world. It is due to this popularity that the emergence of Wireless Technology has become even more vastly accepted and needed by the public. The Wireless Application Protocol or WAP is an application that enables people access to the mobile web from a mobile phone or PDA or any other portable device.Through the research of previous studies conducted concerning the function of WAP,its use, architecture, the users and also the combination of WAP and other applications, this thesis aim to:1.Analyze the WAP Architecture.Through this learn the different structured layers of WAP and the vital role each layer plays in the function.2.Analyze how the embedded WAP server functions.3.Analyze the combination of WAP over Bluetooth(WOB).The different functions that both applications have individually that when combined together will create more functions and devices for the wireless technology.4.Identify who benefits from the creation and use of WAP and how these groups of people do,from-the manufacturers all the way through to-the subscribers. The research proves that many people stand to gain from the use of WAP.The architecture and the embedded WAP server function play important role in the running and creation of the application. When individually used WAP and Bluetooth have a numerous number of limitations however, when combined together the two open the door to a new world of wireless technology that not only concerns that of the internet and mobile phones but also with other devices that affect our daily activities.
