Embedded computer system && wireless communication are progressing to intelligence and multimedia stage. Not only GSM,WCDMA, but also Bluetooth and WLAN are all playing important roles in the global && informational society. Integrating Embedded System and Bluetooth which are both compellent technologies, Embedded Bluetooth system can be constructed. The system is based on electronics, computer science and communications, which will be the tide at present and in the future.The article concerns ARM MPU(Micro Processor Unit) architecture,Bootloader design,Embedded Linux core migration on MPU,and Bluetooth protocols study, application development etc.Embedded Bluetooth application system syncretizes computer science, electronics and communications. In the system ,hardware platform bases on ARM7tdmi MPU, and the software platform is on the base of uClinux,which is designed for MPU without MMU(Memory management unit).Because ARM7tdmi MPUs have no MMU, uClinux is choose for our design. Moreover,one of important points in the system design,Bluetooth protocol BlueZ is analyzed and used.Firstly, the concept & development status of Embedded system and Bluetooth are described in the article, placing emphases on the development situation, foreground of Bluetooth technology, and the meaning of research on Bluetooth. Next, the macro framework including software and hardware of the Embedded Bluetooth system is designed. Then the macro framework is parted into hardware and software which are designed in details.The hardware design ,the emphases is ARM embedded object board circuit design, and Bluetooth peripheral circuit design. In software design, pivotal arithmetics of Linux kernel are parsed firstly, then uClinux OS is migrated on ARM S3C44B0X object board. Bluetooth pivotal technology and BlueZ are researched deeply. Finally,profiles SDAP(service discover application profile), SPP(serial port profile),DUNP(dial-up networking profile),LAP(LAN access profile) are designed.In the artcle, second level interrupt mechanism is imported to design Bootloader, in order to support interrupt response during Bootloader is running,which is for files downloading by USB way and other aims.
