Research And Implement Of Web-Based Office Automation System

A large number of practices have shown that the application of office automation systems can greatly improve the competitiveness of enterprises and to maximize corporate profits, the application of office automation system has become an important indicator for the government and enterprises and institutions to modernize the management. This paper designs for office information management of a machine factory. Because there are many small and medium-sized day-to-day business management as well as complex data management, the current management of using human management is not only inefficient, but also not convenience to statistical and analytical data. This factory is on the status of the enterprise information management lag, this article details how to develop a set of office automation system software to meet this factory day-to-day business needs, and provides a reference model for developing system software under the .NET platform.Early in system development, the author exchanged and discussed of system requirements with the staff of this factory in details, analyzed of these requirements with a comprehensive, organized system requirements meeting to confirm the need of functional requirements and system customers, summed up the operational flow chart of this system. In the process of developing this system, the author learned and understood the current mainstream technology of application development, as thus determined the framework of this system and defined the system architecture. Finally, the author used Visual Studio 2005 development platform, C # language, and SQL Server 2005 to achieve the office automation system, and made full use of a number of key technologies in Web development, put the experience that the author used in the Web development usually full use in this development. In the implementation of the system, the authors drew on the idea of agile development, implemented of the system iteratively. In the end of iteration the author will deploy the system for the trial, and the trial process of the system is the system testing process, during this process the author could do the next iterative development. Test and development scheduled at the same time, thus the maximum extent to ensure that the final delivery system can meet the factory's day-to-day business needs.In the introduction section of this article, the author introduces the background and significance of this office automation system, and introduces the implementation of this system in the main body, including system requirements analysis, the definition of system modules and program structure, system interface design, system library design, database design, authentication mechanisms and the key technologies using in this systems. In the summary and prospects of this article, the author points out the design system deficiencies and points out the direction of improving this system in next phase.
