The Police Office Automation Software Design And Implementation

With the popularity of computer network technology,the web-based application system has gotten a rapid development in various of military construction to meet the urgent request of military information construction.NET framework provides a brand-new exploitive platform for Web application system and it has been a mainstream technology of exploiting Web application software.This application system based on this platform is advanced with its high efficiency and good expansibility, etc.Through a detailed analysis to the demand of office work,this paper gives the framework,general design and data structure of the system.The main technology adopted in this system and the solution to some key issues are also introduced into it based on the detailed analysis to the information administration module.The paper focuses on the design and development of built on B/S architecture OA-system in which we adopt.NET framework 2.0 technology and Ajax technology.At present,we have implemented the following functions with the OA-system:file-receiving administration,document administration,workflow administration,mail administration, information administration,network hard disk administration,personnel administration,system administration,and so on.With the OA-system,we have greatly saved the expenses in the office work,enhance the cooperation among the office staff,and improve the work efficiency.The OA-system oriented from B/S architecture is designed and then put into use.Adopted NET framework 2.0 technology and Ajax technology,the web application system realized many functions,such as file-receiving administration,document administration,workflow administration,mail administration,information administration,network hard disk administration,personnel administration,system administration,and so on.With the OA-system,we have greatly saved the expenses in the office work,enhance the cooperation among the office staff,and improve the work efficiency.With sufficiently considering the actual demand for the users,we adopt advanced NET 2.0 framework technology,utilize advanced development tools,realize uniform access port with the help of general data access module,and sufficiently exert storage process technology and full text search technology to improve access efficiency.At the same time,we reasonably use cache storage technology to boost the full performance of the OA-system.In addition,the usage of ASP.NET AJAX framework and Ajax technology bring a new-fire experience to users.
