Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Office Automation System

In this paper, according to the actual requirements of an enterprise’s office, a comprehensive, flexible and efficient Office Automation system is designed and implemented. This paper first analyzes the current development of Office Automation system at home and abroad, briefly illustrates the research content of this article. Secondly, this paper introduces the related technologies used in the system development, including J2EE architecture, the Struts framework, Hibernate framework, JSP, Servlet, JavaBeans, EJB and other related technologies. Again, this paper makes the detailed functional requirements analysis of the system, including document management, daily office, notification management, work setting, office assistant, grading system management, etc.. Then it carries out an overall design of the system based on the requirements analysis. Finally, a detailed description of the system hierarchical design and integration of Struts and Hibernate framework is given, which shows design and implementation of each function module in the system. And it provides a related instruction of the system test.This paper builds an Office Automation system covering all the departments of the enterprises by the advanced and mature computer and communication technology. The Office Automation system provides an integrated desktop office environment for staff to deal with different issues that can effectively strengthen the communication between each other, and improve work efficiency and work quality. The Office Automation system privodes the necessary software support for the enterprises to achieve the strategic task of "strong, fine, special". For other enterprises, at the same time, it provides the reference for the design and implementation of an Office Automation system.
