With the appearance of economic integration and globalization in the world, as well as China's entering WTO, our enterprises will encounter unprecedented pressure of competition. Nowadays our market has emerged many new characters as following: The development pace of new products is accelerating; The product's life cycle has been shortened unceasingly; Products have to meet individual need for different clients; Competition for market is increasingly fierce. In order to succeed in this environment of competition, we not only depend on products'price, quality and service, but also make effort in the enterprise management, introduce advanced management model idea, and benefit from the management transformation. In order to comply with the historical trend and step into the world market, it is inevitable for Chinese Enterprises to implement enterprise resources planning (ERP). Owing to the differences in development background and culture, Chinese enterprises'imitating ERP system of Western countries is invalid. We should construct the Chinese ERP so as to adapt China's national conditions and the factories'conditions.Tianjin Hi-Tech Enterprise Co., Ltd is now a professional manufacturer, manufacturing, researching and developing in such fields as Hollow Fiber Membrane Separation Equipment for The production of Nitrogen, gas compressor, drilling and production equipment for oil. But it still implements traditional enterprise's operation mechanism, and its internal production, supply and marketing are still artificially controlled. So the efficiency is rather low. Thus the author, who combines Hi-Tech Enterprise company's actual situation with business management ideas such as MRP, MRPⅡand ERP, designs its enterprise resources planning (ERP), and introduces crucial technologies and software for developing ERP.This paper begins with the internal structure of Hi-Tech Enterprise Co., Ltd, selects architecture and design mode for actual needs and conditions, analyzes and achieves the project development of EPR.Finally, the author makes the conclusion for this research and the content of the paper, proposes several places that need improving and consummating, and looks forward to the development of Chinese ERP.
