Research On Workflow Modeling And Its Application In The MRPⅡ System Based On Expanded Directed Graph

The MRPⅡmanagement pattern has the universality for the manufacturingindustry, it is recognized as a management tools and standards of knowledge systemby domestic and foreign manufacturing, and the MRP software products has alsobecome the most widely used in the production management system. The traditionalMRPⅡprovides a set of logistics, information flow, capital flow as one of the modernmanagement tools for manufacturing enterprises to produce, for, sell, person, money,content management, but it cannot be well adapted to the modern manufacturingindustry development because of the lack of its business process optimization,business process management and integration support. Workflow technology hasbecome the core technology of the process definition, management and monitoring.the workflow management ideas and technology into MRPⅡ, can not only solve theproblem of their business process management and optimization of business processesand improves the system flexibility and reconfigurability, easy maintenance, easy toexpand system extension and integrate with other management system.Based on the latest research on the underlying technology of workflow, with adiscrete manufacturing enterprise as background, this article introduces workflowtechnology and propose that the expanded directed graph of workflow modelingcombine the MRPⅡsystem, and with reference to the reference model of WorkflowManagement Coalition, complete the extended directed graph workflow model ofMRP Ⅱworkshop operation management system development for the discretemanufacturing enterprise with reference to the Workflow Management Coalition ’sreference model.In this paper, the main results are as follows:(1)Analysis and study of relevant concepts and the development status of theworkflow and MRPⅡsystem, gives a workflow technology and MRPⅡsystems integration model.(2)With the development of a discrete manufacturing enterprise MRPII system asthe background, according to the MRPⅡ job shop system, we introduces workflowtechnology, and presents the extended directed graph of workflow modelingtechnology and system combination. on the basis of that，we carry on the demandanalysis and establish a workshop operation management system workflow model:process model, organization model, information model, and analysis and research onthe achievement of the model.(3)The design and implementation of the Integration of workflow technologyworkshop operation management system. We analyze the workshop operationmanagement subsystem function and business process for HG Company, and give thesystem structure and the function structure and the detailed design andImplementation.(4)From the point of view of the system, we analyze and design the core part ofthe workflow engine, and give the engine of the main function and realizationmechanism.
