| With the rapid development of society, people today have regarded health as one ofthe most important topics in their life. The acceleration of aging population and theincreasing prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases have become importantissues that pose a threat to human health. The traditional healthcare mode of going tohospital only when sick cannot meet people’s health needs now. This thesis proposes asystem based on health information collection, health risk assessment and healthmaintenance interventions.The system is closely coupled with databases of the medical information inhospitals and medical centers. Under the premise of ensuring data security, the physicalexamination data will be extracted. After combined with information from disease riskassessment questionnaire, healthy risk assessment report and health maintenanceintervention report will be successfully generated by this system. The erection of thesystem will play a powerful role in promoting the implementation of healthmanagement services.This thesis focuses on the research and design of the system. Background andsignificance of the research topic is introduced first. After that, current status andprocesses of health management as well as the principles and methods of healthy riskassessment are explained. Then, the business logic and needs are analyzed based onUML modeling tools. What’s more, the reason why C/S model is chosen is alsointroduced. For database design, the system makes use of PowerDesigner modelingtools to establish ER model and eventually generate SQL script. Design process of themain modules is introduced too. Finally, part of the run effect diagram of the system isshowed, features of the system, as well as possible improvements of the system are alsoexplained.At present, the development of the health information management system hasbeen completed. The fact that expected goals have also achieved in terms of bothfunction and needs proves the feasibility of the paper’s design scheme. |
