The reader works with PC, non-contact IC card (Mifare1 cards) constitute the entire read-write system. MFRC632 is a new contactless IC R/W module of Philips company. It is designed with advanced modulation and demodulation technology. MFRC632 supports all type of passive non-contact means of communication and protocols that under 13.56MHz.As a portable device, in order to be reliable communications with non-contact IC card, launching and receiving RF signals in the antenna design and RF matching circuit design is the key. This design uses in the most PCB lateral plate with a square wire antenna winding, easy, reliable communicationsDesign a communication protocol that used between PC and card reader to achieve reliable communications with the PCThe reader is powered with battery. In the selection of components and the design of the power supply circuit full consideration of the entire board of power problems. In addition to the core system control and a few of the other circuits are directly supplied with power, the other power supply circuit system is controlled by software, that greatly reducing the system's power consumption, increase efficiency in the use of power.The system software design work is primarily to adapt the RC500 standard software development kit to RC632 driver. From the perspective of software design the time-sharing workflow of the system software reduces the system power consumption.The reader is a kind of special RFID reader with realtime clock. The reader can be broadly used in time measurement related field with little adaptation.
