Study On Production Integrated Information System Of Coal Mine Based On MES

The coal mine information construction is an important part of our country's information construction. Its goal is to make full use of modern information technology to optimize the entire process of production, reconstruct coal mine, upgrade coal mine management and technological level and improve coal mining enterprise's competitiveness. So the coal mine information system is chosen to be the research object of this paper. As coal mine enterprises generally lack of accumulated experiences of information construction, and have personalized features of the industry, coal enterprises in the information construction process lack of effective and orderly methods, lack of effective organization and management experiences .The result is that the information construction is not very effective. By analyzing the information construction of domestic and foreign enterprises, this paper puts forward the present task of coal mines enterprise information system construction and the approach which can upgrade the information level of the coal mine enterprises. According to the main tasks of information construction, MES need to be introduced and the structure of information system and the basic function are described. WZ coal mine is one of China's modern coal mines. Thinking of the technology for coal production and processes and the status of WZ Coal Mine, this paper carries out a detailed demand analysis, puts forward a whole design based on the MES and the subsystem design which includes the information systems of centralized control, the mine information management systems and systems integration. Through the establishment of a uniform open integrated information platform, we can integrate management and control, improve the accuracy of the data and real-time of management information system. The paper introduces the MES theory and the multi-service access platform of optical fiber used in mining and real-time database technology. The main research results of this paper can provide the support of overall planning and integration ideas for other coal mines and has achieved good results in WZ Mine.
