Along with the network and computer technical fast development, the computersupervision system is applied extensively more and more in these fields such aselectrical power, telecom, energy, traffic, environmental protection and so on. In thefield of television and radio, the automation of management operation and programbroadcasting has received more and more requirement. Many frequency modulationslaunching pads are located on high mountains generally, the traditional artificialsupervision operation is inconvenient, once the occurrence of breaking down, manydata can't be saved in time and maintenance is difficult. The automation of FMtransmitter supervision and control can improve the work efficiency and themanagement level efectively, and it is important to ensure the program broadcast.In resent years, for those Radio transmitting stations which are carrying outtechnical alteration, it has been an important subject that how to accomplish theautomatization, systematization and networkatization of the long-distance supervisorycontrol system in their stations. And how to design and construct a long-distancesupervisory control system that can function well in the electromagnetic environmentof transmitting stations is a difficult part in this subject. This thesis is focused on howto use the control network theory and software development techniques to construct asafe, reliable and efficient long-distance supervisory control system in a transmittingstation.This thesis elaborated the design and implementation of the long-distancesupervisory control system, first of all, this thesis discussed the development andapplication of the computer supervisory control system, the characteristics andsignificance of FM transmitters monitoring system, structure of system hardware.Next this thesis elaborated the system software design and the realization, includingdevelopment language and development kit choice, software system functionintroduction, system user interface brief introduction, network correspondencerealization, serial port correspondence realization and so on. Finally this thesiselaborated is the padding measured with the movement, and makes the summary tothe supervisory system design and the realization, makes the forecast to the prospectsfor development.
