Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Serial And 1553 Bus Expansion Based On DSP Embedded System

The research and implementation about intelligent serial and 1553 bus expansion, which is on the basis of DSP embedded system, is presented in this thesis. Hardware: The architecture and application of TMS320C6713 is studied and the hardware design of DSP expansion is discussed. According to doing some research on the FIFO function of SC16C654, hardware has been designed based on DSP and SCM. At last, 1553 bus circuit design has been finished on the basis of studying the basic function and timing of 1553 chip EP-H31580.Software: The protocol of intelligent serial was designed at first, on which software design has been finished. The work which is about the programming of DSP initialization and testing of memory expansion also has been finished. At last, the task is to debug the 1553 bus circuit which can be communicated with PC.The intelligent serial protocol and design method which is presented in this thesis also can be used in the serial expansion system which needs big buffer. The design around the EP-H31580 also presents a new method for the 1553B bus embedded system application.
