Abstract/Summary:
Digital technology has now been widely applied in a great many fields covering national economy, national defense and research development. As the front-end and also indispensable part of digital system, data acquisition technology is a major means to obtain external information. It has become an important branch of information science and is thought to be the one of the four cornerstones of modern detection technology with sensor technology, signal processing technology and computer technology.Using PCI bus as the interface bus for the data acquisition system, a solution is proposed in the dissertation. A PCI bus-based multi-channel data acquisition system integrating with real-time processing module and Mass Storage Facility(MSF) is designed.Firstly, the overall design scheme, devices selection, schematic diagram design and PCB drawing are introduced. Then special attention is given to the design and realization of acquisition card's PCI bus interface, the electronic circuit design of A/D converting module, MSF module, local bus controller module, real-time data processing module and other logical module, and then presents the debugging methods and corresponding results. At last, the design and realization of the driver based on user mode and the data storage function is explored.
