With the increase of testing demand for speed and accuracy, research on high-speed and high-capability DAQ system is becoming of more theoretical significance and practical usage. According to the requirement of the vessel-space missile automatic testing equipment system, a 4-channel high-speed DAQ and processing system based on VXI bus was designed and realized, with a max sample frequency of 200Msps,an accuracy of 10-bit and a max capability of 4M for each channel.The system consists of two sub-modules, the DAQ module and the software platform. The DAQ module is in charge of data acquisition, storage and transmission according to instructions sent by software, while the software platform is responsible for module driver, proceeding control and data processing.The AD9410 is used to realize the A/D conversion and the data are stored in the SDRAMs. The DAQ module is controlled by FPGA and communicates with the software platform via the VXI bus to execute proper instructions and data transmission. The control programme describes the circuit behavior in VHDL by employing the modularized design method and uses state machines to synchronize the control signals. And the use of VXI bus improves the data transferring rate and enhances the system's reliability and ability of anti-interference.The software platform is developed under the LabWindows/CVI environment and all the control operations of both hard module and DAQ proceed, including module search, parameter settings and data transmission, are done by using the VISA function lib. And the programme for data processing properly accomplishes the wave display, adjust and parameter calculation.The tested results indicated that the system has met the design requirement with a SINAD of 72.46dB and ENOB of 7.76.
