The hydraulic simulation turntable system is a non-linearity and time-dependent system, in order to obtain better control precision, the fuzzy adaptive PID control and the whole domain of self-adjusting rules of Fuzzy Control (SARFC) is introducted over research. The fuzzy adaptive PID control can realize the PID parameter on-line self-adjusting, both displays the fuzzy controlr obustness strong, the dynamic response quality good, the rising time is quick, the over modulation small characteristic, and has the PID control stable state precision high merit. SARFC has manifested according to the erroneous size automatic control error to the control action weight, in line with people in control decision-making process thought characteristic and easy to realize its real-time control algorithm. Thus, it has vital significance to research the application of fuzzy adaptive control for the control system of the hydraulic simulation turntable.The main research content of this thesis is to introduce fuzzy adaptive control strategy into the control of the simulation turntable's position servo system, and enhance the control performance by separately uses the fuzzy adaptive PID control technology and the SARFC technology. In this thesis, firstly, the various components of a necessary explanation of the hydraulic simulation turntable system is made, and the relevant mathematical analysis is carried on. Next this topic involves the fuzzy adaptive control elementary theory has carried on the elaboration, spoke the fuzzy controller design and the fuzzy adaptive control method with emphasis in the introduction fuzzy control elementary theory foundation. Then in produces the simulation turntable fuzzy adaptive control system structure in the foundation, designed fuzzy adaptive PID controller and the SARFC controller in detail that has been suitable for this system.Finally, has compiled turntable control system related software, separately has realized the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm and the SARFC control algorithm. The actual debugging experiment to the fuzzy adaptive PID control and the SARFC control is carried on separately, the experimental result has indicated that, both of the design of fuzzy adaptive PID controller and the SARFC controller all completely are suitable for the turntable control, also the control effect of fuzzy adaptive PID controller is better than SARFC control. Indicated with the conventional PID control experiment result and the fuzzy-PI compound control experiment result contrast analysis that, fuzzy adaptive PID controller has been made better dynamic and static performance, improved control accuracy, the system has a stronger robustness. In addition, through the change control procedure to be repaired by adding volume, combined with pitching tracking curve relative zero position experiment, solve the problem that the pitching tracking curve relative zero asymmetry, the more downward migration issues of previous system, which. mainly adjusts zero by the servo valve plate out of true to create...
