Simulator turntable is the critical equipment for hardware-in-the-loop simulation, which simulate the attitude motion of spacecrafts. The performance affect thesimulation credibility of inertial navigation and guidance system directly. With therising of the aircraft performance, new requirements as high precision, high frequencyresponse and high real-time are purposed. On the background of electro-hydrauic three-axis simulator turntable with highdynamic and static performance, combining the control strategies of internationalexcellent simulator and actual feature of simulator, specific research is as follows:Establishing and determining mathmatical models and parameters of the yaw-axisposition servo system. Then, zero pole assignment of the inner loop is conductedaccording to related state feedback. Later, designing the position loop controller, basedon the classical control theory, and five order full state observer is used to supervise thesystem state and utilized for feedback control.Through the simulation analysis, confirming the effience of the controller.According to debugging experience and usage condition of the hydraulicsimulation turntable, designing, debugging and confirming a series of securityprotection algorithm from the viewpoint of software, which greatly reduces the damagerisk of the simulation turntable and test pieces, thus improving the reliability. At last, the controller is verified by experiment, which can effectively meet therequirements of dynamic and static indicators of high performance hydraulic simulationturntables.
