Electro-hydraulic servo system has the advantages of small size,fastresponse, resistance to the load stiffness, large output, simple operation and soon. Electro-hydraulic servo system can fast follow the input signal, it is widelyapplicable to the automatic control system of large power. These characteristicsmake them widely used in industrial fields. But many electro-hydraulic servosystem is nonlinear, high-order, time-varying parameters, which makes use ofthe conventional PID control algorithm is difficult to achieve effective control ofthe system. These paper most focuses on the electro-hydraulic servo control offorce were studied, taking into account the electrohydraulic servo system withuncertainty, which is also one of the electro-hydraulic servo system is urgentlyneeded to solve the problem.Fuzzy control is required for the control system of less priorknowledge,does not need to establish accurate mathematical model of thesystem,which is more rely on designer’s experience to determine, it is moresuitable for application to the nonlinear complex system. But fuzzy control hasdisadvantage of no systematic theory to defect control rules. Adaptive control isa newly developed control algorithm, it does not need precise mathematicalmodel of controlled object, the control of the system depends more on onlineidentification mechanism and self correcting mechanism, through the systemparameters of the real-time system is modified, so that the system has goodcontrol effect. Fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm can be well combined withfuzzy control and adaptive control of two control algorithm has the advantagesof fuzzy control and adaptive control combination, not only give full play to thefuzzy control can avoid the process to establish accurate mathematical modeland has strong anti-interference ability,and can make full use of on-lineidentification and adaptive control of real-time correction of system parameters,finally makes the tracking of the desired trajectory effectively.A joint simulation using AMESim and MATLAB software, the scheme was proved,and simulation was carried out in DSPACE semi-physical simulationplatform, the simulation results show that the scheme can effectively improvethe robustness of the system, enhanced anti-jamming ability and controlprecision of system.
