Walking hydraulic drive system transmits power between the engine and running gear inthe form of continuous rotation movement. Hydraulic transmission device not only has goodcharacteristics of variable speed performance and flexible layout, but also a wide range ofadjustment and control. Especially combined with the sensor electronics, effectuateconstruction machinery to be intelligent, energy-saving, environmental protection, modern.Over the past decade, hydraulic drive system has made significant progress in engineeringmachinery walking system. It is wild used in excavating machinery, road constructionmachinery and other non-traction machine and developing rapidly. And the typical tractionmachinery such as loaders, land leveller, bulldozers also is adopted with hydraulictransmission. Well-known hydraulic component manufacturers not only provide thecomponents, and also control apparatus with control functions, which almost meet demandsof engineering machinery for various functions. The subject stems from the improvementproject of existing products (the Rexroth A4VG series pumps), research swash plate typeaxial piston pump electro-hydraulic proportional control to realize the output characteristics ofthe DA control, which meet construction machinery feature requires. DA control couldcomplete the engine reasonable load-law rate selection and ensure the efficient operation ofthe diesel engine. But because the DA control pump equipment supplied by Rexroth, and DAtechnical in hardware integrated in the pump, it is technical barriers for other hydraulic pumpsand motors company. In this paper, referred to control features of electro-hydraulicproportional variable pump, propose to use a form of software to achieve its function(electronic-DA), and by designing the fuzzy controller and using simulation analysis ofMatlab software Fuzzy Toolbox, optimize the self-adjusting PID parameters in order toimprove the speed stability control performance. Through the Simulink of Matlab softwaresimulation of the fuzzy control method, we get good dynamic and static performance, whichindicates the practicability of the method. This will greatly broaden the scope of theapplication of this technology, and has realistic economic significance and social benefits tothe technological progress of engineering machinery.
