Two-axis stabilized turntable is an important component of electro-optic theodolite, two-axis stabilized turntable is a tracking and measuring equipment, which main bears laser, infrared, TV and high-speed photography. When the target has entered the optical measurement field of view, firstly, locking on target, then tracking target and ensuring that target always in the optical field of view, the system will measure the on-site centers azimuth and elevation, followed by synthesis of this and the miss distance obtained by the actual target angular position, according to this principle may know, turntable servo motor control is playing an important role in the measuring accuracy.Stability properties of two-axis rotary table will directly affect the reliability and credibility of the electro-optic theodolite, it ensures the accuracy and performance of the whole system basis.As the two-axis turntable directly affect the work performance of electro-optic theodolite, research on two-axis rotary table consists of two parts, mechanical design and servo control system. This paper will mainly study the turntable servo control system. The turntable control system consists of two parts:the upper part and lower part. The subject of stability of a certain type of two-axis turntable control system for the background and study of the turntable control system in the control part. Control part of the main functions:According to angular part of the feedback signal back through the upper and lower PLC computer control algorithm to achieve together, the corresponding control value obtained by the power amplifier, the drive motor, to realize the turntable speed, position control. Angular velocity gyroscope section includes speed gyro and optical encoder, which realizes the feedback signal to turntable speed and position.The research on servo control system is described in this paper, first of all, analyzes in detail the mechanical structure of the two-axis turntable, sports law and sports performance, the results for the turntable control program provided the basis for the formulation. Secondly, the further study of the servo system provides a theoretical basis for the development on programs for the servo control system to. Finally, design a reasonable two-turntable control program, and gives details of software and hardware. The paper used in the drawing on the traditional fuzzy control method based on single chip, which improved the definition of membership functions and fuzzy rules call way. Experimental results show that the improvements to this paper fuzzy rules to improve the system performance.In addition, the paper also introduces the two-axis turntable control system hardware design, and upper and lower machine's software design, and gives a detailed diagram and flow chart for the design process touch to the specific issues carried out detailed analysis and the corresponding solution is given, it is significant to structure actual control system.
