The use of computer to medical image processing and analysis, thus supporting physician's accurate diagnosis, is attracting much attention. Now a large number of medical image processing systems have emerged, with increasing size and complexity, which cause the traditional software development model facing enormous challenge. In order to maximize the reusability and development efficiency of this software, the dissertation puts forward the model of software framework oriented medical image.At first, the dissertation introduces the medical image processing system and status at home or abroad. After discussing the theory of software reuse and framework, the existing network planning and designing software framework (NETPLAN) has been analyzed. Under the guidance of the field theory, the border area model, feature model and dynamic model have been built respectively, and ultimately formed a medical image processing software framework (SFoMIS) . Image acquisition, image processing, DICOM transition and the engine of database are the core components of SFoMIS,whose principle and implementation are introduced in the dissertation. Finally, HgImage Workstation V2.0 has been developed, which based on SFoMIS.The dissertation, in-depth study on the technology and development method of medical image processing software framework, using framework to medical image processing, not only brings code reuse, but provides a high-level design reuse. Based on SFoMIS can improve medical image processing development efficiency, lower development costs, improve system reliability and maintainability.
