Since the concept of Software Reuse expounded by Mcllroy at NATO softwareEngineering conference, it has developed for about four decades. Software Reuse hasplayed a more and more important role in solving the problem of Software Crisis.Because of the limits in the water field, the computer technologies are lower usethan other fields. So, the study of the software in this field is littler, and the softwarereuse technologies are most little. So the author makes the follow works in the base ofthe six projects in this field.Most frameworks built nowadays are based on domain business requirement. Theauthor make sufficient domain analyses about this framework, abstract thecommonness requirements, then build this framework on the base of the before.Hereinto, make the special requirements into "hot-plugging" functional components,in order to improve on the adaptability of this framework and lessen the impact tousers and system.In the process of the discourse upon this framework, the author detailedintroduces the parts of this framework and development technologies and flow of theparts.1 Data Received Server It is a multithreading program, includes the maintainer thread, the receive datathread, the data dealing thread and the data joined Thread. Hereinto, each thread is asub-framework alone, in order to reuse from multilayer and multiunit. Hereinto, thecommon other systems do not have maintainer thread that build in order to make datasecurity and the data dealing thread can synthesize data for loop.2 DB Server It is a database manage system, include the interface of the data receive serverpart, the data storage part and the web server dictionary part. Hereinto, the second partdivide into the data storage and the data deal, for organize systemic framework.3 Web ServersIt is a server that is b/s pattern on the base of J2EE technologies. The authordetailed introduces the building of this framework with navigation menu, two form ofdisplaying information and the component that can automatically create web page.Finally, the author describes the development process on bases of this framework.Use this framework to make software developments about this field can increase theefficiency of developments and the software stability, and debase the difficulty ofdevelopments and lighten the development burden, and have the use for referencemeaning for other field.
