Coordinated control system of Plant Unit is an object that has many features: distributed parameters, nonlinear, time-varying, big lagging and a lot of tightly coupled variables. The article analysis the operating characteristics of coordinated control system, in order to solve the problem of control system of the large capacity power plant unit, to transform through the actual project, the primary control is improved. Intelligent algorithm is used for design,simulate,configuration and debug for coordinated control system. In theory, method of parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID multivariable decouple is used for boiler and turbine decoupling control realization. The simulation result shows that compared with the conventional PID control the design program has a good decoupling effect, the quality of control system is satisfactory.
