The statistical report form module uses in counting the receivable, the actual, the arrearage of all kinds of users in the monthly or multi-month, and may complete the monthly statement,the money owed receipt printing and the statistics of copies rate.The system service module may carry on the system initialization,the information setting of the computer operator ,the water fee manager and the water meter copies, the data backup, the data restores, the data inducts, transfers the year, the processing of deletion marks.The help module uses in providing the system help information, which including explained and prints.In addition, for the convenient use, we has also introduced the system edition menu, which including operations like cancellation, rework, duplication, glue and cutting.The designs of this article backs on the mature technical Visual Foxpro.
