Electric actuator is one of the important equipment in process control and is the actuating unit of industrial automation system.The actuator, which is powered by motor, can convert control signals into corresponding actions to control the position of the valve or baffle.This paper analyzes the research situation and future development of the electric actuator home and abroad, empolderes the new electric actuator with the core of 8031 SCM, gathering the intelligence signal collecting,examining,manifestation and control. It is used to control the capacity and velocity of fluid flow in industrial locale. It is the nature of safety,reliability,superior performance and high precision.To insure the actuator can operate reliably and precision,reducing mechanism is the most important part when design a actuator. Through Comparison and analysis,this thesis designed a new reducing mechanism with the correlation theory of differential screw transmission. The reducing mechanism have the good point of high precision and stable transmission and it actualizes easily tiny adjusting. This thesis not only introduced the principle and design process of the actuator, but also verified the actuator in various aspects, satisfied the basic qualification and parameter requirement of the actuator.Intelligent electric actuator includes control part, drive unit and signal detection part. The paper analyzed detailedly the type of each organ of the actuator. The system is controlled by fuzzy PID controller based on self-rectifying parameters. This paper analyses the structure, rectifying thought and principle, establishes decision table.The system software adopts the design project of modularization and uses assembly language to write. This paper designs monitoring program, data acquisition and processing subprogram, fuzzy PID controller program, the principle of speed chart and display program. The results of experiments show that it is reasonable and effective of the electric actuator based on the technique of numerical control.
