The position control method of electric actuator including PID controller, PDcontroller and sliding mode controller has been studied by many researchers. Owingto the existence of the clearance and inertia between the servo motor and the drivemachine, the improper controller rule will cause the frequent switch of the relay, andthe continuous tremble. At the same time, the part of mechanism will affect theelectric one, there is, the rotational inertia will not be a constant after the converting ofthe motor crankshaft. Also, there will be outside disturbance when running. Toimprove the self-adaptive, self-regulating ability, This paper induces the FuzzySliding Mode Control(FSMC),and also puts forward a improved FSMC controllerwith intelligent integrator and self-regulation to improve the system performance.This paper first designs the model of the one-phase asynchronous motor underSimulink environment. It can simulate the state of speed and displacement with thechange of voltage, load torque and rotational inertia. The controller is based onSliding Mode Control. Owing to the disturbance of the controller, the system isunstable. It can be enhanced by changing the s function with adding intelligentintegrator and self-regulation factor. It can regulate the input of the fuzzy controlleritself with the change of the error, take the error and its differential coefficient intoregarding. So, it can prevent the tremble of the system and decrease the error andenhance the self-adaptive ability.Finally, this paper does the simulating research. The controller is done underMatlab, and the self-regulation program and the fuzzy controller are finished underthe s function and the Simulink environment, by comparing the response curve of theSliding Mode Control theory and the normal Sliding Mode Control theory and theimproved FSMC, we know that the improved FSMC has good performance.
