Valve is the core component of pipeline transportation,and has been widely used in industrial control.The performance of electric actuator plays a decisive role in the effect of valve control,due to the valves need electric actuator to drive.Based on the research and analysis of the current situation of electric actuators and the development trend of drive motors,this thesis improves the design of the small torque model VAD10 multi-turn electric actuator of Shanghai Hitewell Industrial Control Co.,Ltd.on the basis of field investigation.The original VAD10 series adopts AC motor as driver,and the improved design of electric actuator adopts 24 V,60W brushless DC motor as driver,which improves the control effect of VAD10 to obtain better starting characteristics and improve equipment safety.The microcontroller used in the original VAD10 series is STM32F103.The main control module in this thesis uses the digital motor control chip TMS320F28335 instead of STM32F103,and uses PWM technology to adjust the speed of the brushless DC motor.At the same time,the improved VAD10 electric actuator adds a big data collection function,which can collect and transmit data during its operation to the cloud platform,laying the foundation for future big data analysis.In order to increase the service life of electric actuators,valves and pipelines and improve the control effect,flexible start-stop technology has been applied to the control of brushless DC motors.Before the valve opening reaches the set value,reduce the motor speed in advance.Due to the improvement of the computing power of the DSP main control chip,in the motor control strategy,this article introduces fuzzy PID based on the PID control scheme adopted by the original VAD10 series electric actuators to control the speed/torque of the VAD10,which effectively solves the problem.The problems of difficult parameter setting and poor robustness are solved,and the adaptability and fault tolerance of the controller are improved.In view of the real-time and authenticity of big data analysis,this thesis uses Tlink as the Io T platform and uses Lo Ra communication technology to build a "VAD series electric actuator big data platform".The single node of the big data platform can ensure the stable connection of more than 30 improved VAD10 electric actuators within a range of 5km,and transfer the relevant data collection during the operation of the electric actuator to the cloud platform,and realize the relevant data through the big data platform.Real-time monitoring,in order to lay the foundation for the big data quantitative analysis of electric actuators.Experimental verification shows that the performance of the improved electric actuator in this thesis has been improved,and the designed big data platform can meet the actual needs of the project.
