The Design Of PLC Control System In Trolley Gas Furnace

Trolley gas furnace in heavy machine building industry is a kind of familiar big equipment in which workpieces are heated up or heat-treated. Its control systems include furnace gate, trolley and fan electric control system, combustion-supporting air pressure, gas pressure , hearth pressure, furnace temperature automatic measure and control systems and burner combustion autocontrol system . There are more than 70 trolley gas furnaces in China National Erzhong Group Company now. As the produce total value of China National Erzhong Group Company approaching￥10,000,000,000, these furnaces work with heavy load and it is difficult not to have a bad influence on company produce. Recently, China National Erzhong Group Company has been rebuilding many furnaces. From fireproof material, burners to furnace body's design, the advance idea of energy sources saving, high credibility has been introduced. It is useful to enhance quality of workpiece heat-treating, reduce oxidation damage and solve produce bottleneck problem.Now, PLC has been widely used in every field because of its high automation and strong anti-interference. By analyzing the controlling terminals and demands of trolley gas furnace, we divide this system into electrical system PLC and instrumental system PLC and choose a series of PLC Q of the MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC. My task is use PLC hardware and software to realize trolley gas furnace automatic network control.Easy operation and maintenance computer inspection system has been developed with Kingview software 6.52 in this article. At the same time, the article analyses the whole-line advantage, technical standard and structure, performance of CC-Link. By analyzing the network methods of Ethernet, We form the network of this system and CC-Link present general line measure and control network.The combustion-supporting air pressure, gas pressure, hearth pressure, furnace temperature automatic measure and control systems all adopt PID control in the trolley gas furnace, so PID control technology is studied especially. These PID control systems are completed by PLC's PID instruct and modules.
