It is all known that nowadays we have been in the age of knowledge-based economy. Knowledge-based economy is the primary productive force. It has been emergency to the society and everyone that how to pack oneself and found the knowledge-based society and individual, by using knowledge. Students'own knowledge may be eliminate through competition, faced to the more intensive competition, the shorter cycle of change of knowledge, and the appearance of knowledge-based economy. People need not only to deal with the knowledge and information, but also to continue studying, even for lives.The study environment in oncoming enterprises will be an organized and a lifelong study one, which is open and composed with education, information, mass media, internet and information technology. This environment should support information dissemination, share knowledge, employees'occupation career development, consulting, lifelong study, organized study. Therefore, it has been the primary problem to the Human Resource and enterprise training that how to strengthen the training effect, enhance enterprise knowledge management, and then found a proper studying organization,E-learning is a new important method in acquiring information and knowledge, and it is a potential field. Enterprise training can be considered as"e-training"in the e-learning environment. In another hand, knowledge management is a technology that combines and uses personal knowledge. The combination between e-training and knowledge management is an important way to bring up students'information general capacity and knowledge innovation, and also to their ability to win in the future competition. A e-training system with knowledge management will be popular and popular, and knowledge management must be the significant measure to succeed and bring up one's information general capacity and knowledge innovation.The tobacco profession is one of our foundation properties. Because of the profession characteristics, the tobacco profession employs employees in a single way, has an unpopular system, so that has little attraction to the higher professionals. However, most of the employees can only do the simple jobs, rather than the formal staff members are older and older, and possess ageing knowledge and mind, which brings many disadvantages to the development of staff and workers. All above are the reasons of this paper, whose case is the tobacco specialized limitation of the southwest area of Guizhou Province. It aims at some problems during the enterprise's training, to research and design a suitable enterprise's training based on the knowledge management. The author designs the system's whole construction, and analyzes its elementary circulation after explicit investigation. The main desire of the paper is to move the effect about the enterprise's training, and also be the reference materials to the professionals.
