With the increasing number of Shandong Mobile’s staff, the human resource management system is under a more intense pressure which causes declining of the data qualities in the system as well as the problems of data quality in data duplication and delayed data processing. Statistical data is an important prerequisite to make the right decisions, if a "least bit of difference" error appears in the data statistics, it may likely result in "enormous mistakes" with the promotion of "butterfly effect". For an enterprise, protection of data quality is the fundamental task and important mission of statistical work. With the development of economic, a new challenge has been aroused in improving quality of statistical data. In Shandong Mobile HRMS, delayed and omissive reportings happens at times which has greatly disturbed the normal statistical work and brought great pressure in protection of data quality.The establishment of Shandong Mobile HRMS data quality assurance system is based on the functional and non-functional requirements of requirement analysis and data information’s security and stability, combining with the system’s actual situation of use and storage method of data. While B/S mode, MVC design model and high-level programming language Java is used to write the codes. JSP is used to write and implement the front interface during the development of web interface making the system’s interface simple and easy to understand. The background makes use of struts to call display the front page and back logic while ajax is used to background logic processing. Then the web will response faster and allow users rewriting data and other operations without refreshing the page. SQL SERVER 2012 is implemented to support the system data.Shandong Mobile HRMS data quality assurance system covers data specification management function, information points professional management function, data verification management function, notification alert management function and quality statistical analysis function. Data specification management function includes index database management and information query of index items. Information points professional management function includes query, modify, and deleting of employees’ basic information, education information, contract information, reward information, punishment information, former work experience information, political affiliation and title information data. Data verification management function includes data query, beginning provinces headquarters check, beginning branch check, view of the task queue and view of the results of checks. Notification alert management function includes alert of retiring, seconded exchange expiration, group-age expecting and contract renewal. Quality statistical analysis function covers quality inspection rate information queries, queries about the people who did not pass the quality inspection and exporting all query results.The operation of the system can effectively protect Shandong Mobile’s data quality and data security, further improving the level of information processing of Shandong Mobile. It establishs an effective data management and standardized platform for a better maintenance and management of Shandong Mobile’s data.
