In the textile industry, good rolling tension control in the production process is an extremely important aspect in order to ensure product quality and increase productivity. The study of rolling tension control for slurry system based on DSP is introduced in this paper.The tension control system is desigened with a number of hardware devices, which selects TI's TMS320LF2407 as the MCU. The hardware system mainly includes the minimum system, the extended memory, the tensity signal gathering electric circuit module, IGBT driving circuit module, and so on.The software design adopts modular design method to achieve tension control. The function of tension controller is divided into some modules which are compiled and debugged respectively.Such design is conducive to code optimizing, program debugging and software safeguarding.The software system mainly includes the tensity sampling module, the PID control module, the SVPWM output module, and so on.The experimental results of this study basicly meet the requirement of tension control and offer some idea and method for tension control system reforming.
