3D consumables in the production process is affected by many factors,tension control is very important.The quality of tension control system mainly depends on its anti disturbance performance and control precision.In the process of traction and winding,if the tension of consumables is too large,the crosssection of consumables will become thinner and even the wire will be broken.If the tension of the consumables is too small,it will cause the consumables to slip or even fall off in the process of traction and coiling,which is not conducive to the coiling of consumables.So controlling the size of the tension can make the quality of 3D printing products higher.This paper takes 3D consumables production line as the research object.Firstly,the structure of the traction winding system is analyzed.The magnetic powder clutch is used as the actuator to keep the tension constant through torque control.But using magnetic powder clutch for tension control,the control accuracy is relatively low,and the tension fluctuation is large,and the system parameters can not follow the system changes in real time;The algorithm used in3 D consumables production line is traditional PID algorithm.Due to the complexity of tension control,the traditional PID algorithm is not sui Tab.for tension control system.It is difficult to achieve accurate and s Tab.control for complex tension control system by using traditional PID algorithm.Based on the problems that the consumables production line only meets the production of single wire diameter,manual coil changing is time-consuming and laborious,and the reliability of tension control is not high,this paper studies and discusses the tension control technology in 3D consumables production line,and designs a traction winding synchronous tension control system.The main research results are as follows(1)The structure of tension control system for 3D consumables production line is introduced in detail.The two take-up rolls on the take-up side replace the previous manual roll change and replace it with automatic roll change.Finally,the mathematical models of motor model,tension generation model and winding roll model are established respectively.(2)The stable operation of traction winding tension control system and the control scheme of automatic coil changing stage are analyzed.The integral separation PID algorithm and fuzzy self-adaptive PID algorithm are proposed,which are applied to speed controller and tension controller respectively.Combined with the advantages of the two algorithms,a new compound algorithm is proposed,which is the integral separation PID algorithm of fuzzy control.The tension controller uses three algorithms for simulation and comparative study.(3)The experimental platform of traction and winding system for 3D printing consumables production line is built.The hardware design of traction winding tension control system is completed,and the stability effect of tension control under different production line speed and the fluctuation of production line diameter are analyzed to verify the reliability of the tension control system.
