As the new human-computer interaction techniques, touch panel is widely used to many areas, for example, smart phone, tablet PC, public information query, education system and so on. Analyzing the technology and market of touch panel, this theme researches mainly several processes of projected capacitive touch panel that is the mainstream technology of touch panel.Including the design and development of narrow width wirings. By adjusting process parameters and tool material etc of several printing processes, such as, normal printing process、laser cutting process、photosensitive silver exposure process, it lessens Line/space of silver wires and the area for setting silver wires, so in the area of a certain touch panel, key area for using becomes wider, and this kind of projected capacitive touch panel is available that is of wider key area and narrower area for setting silver wires.With the increasingly fine silver processing, static electricity caused in production reduces easily silver wires open issue, so this theme also studies the solutions to open issue, After analyzing the reason, the paper takes three measures, that is, temporary measure to strengthen the management to the ink viscosity and silver wires thickness、permanent measure to use the silver ink with sheet shape and strong antistatic ability、preventing NG models from outflow measure to import high current equipment for testing silver wires stability. It is to avoid wires from open issue.In the electric test, if channel resistance is not within upper and lower limits of the calculation, it is seen as substandard, so calculated value must be exact. for irregular shape of ITO channel, we use analog method to analogize ITO channel shape and calculate electric potential and current on ITO channel、resistance coefficient, the resistance value of channel calculated in this way is close to the practical value tested by tester.Through the above research, production has a certain degree of improvement. There are a higher yield rate which has changed from 40% at first to 96%,and there is also stable production, which meet the demand of mass production. The solutions to open issue also improves yield rate. Simulation graphics method being close to practical value promises correct electric test. So far the technology of projected capacitive touch panel is no less than that of resistance touch panel.
