In the running process of Embroidery machine, there are a lot of information need to be exchanged between the system and users, so the design of a good human-machine interaction play a decisive role in the entire design of high-speed industrial embroidery machine system. In this paper, in view of the advantages of WinCE5.0 GUI design, proposes a design of patterns information processing and GUI based on WinCE5.0 in high-speed industrial embroidery machine.In this paper, analyses WinCE5.0 embedded real-time system architecture, users interface, graphics systems and EVC++4.0 development environment. And gives WinCE5.0 Application program's developing method and steps.In the part of patterns information processing, I firstly analyse the transforming principle of the plane graphics. On this basis, according to the features of BSB format, which is designed by ourselves, I focus my energy on the algorithms design of patterns'zooming, rotating and mirroring. In the design of patterns'zooming, I put forward the solution to the overflow and floating-point problem, making the embroidery efficiency and quality of embroidery achieve the desired results.After analysing S3C2440A main control chip and the core PCB's function, I complete the human-machine interface's hardware design, including LCD display and the hardware design of touch-screen drive circuit. According to user's needs about high-speed industrial embroidery machine, human-machine interface software was divided into the main embroidery interface module, parameters setting module, disk management module, pattern management module and Auxiliary management module. On the basis of the analysis of each module's function, a detailed design was carried out. Against the problem of achieving full-screen, parameters preservation, a quick preview of thumbnails, accessing folders and documents quickly, encountered in the process of realizing the interface module, I give the solutions and test verification. At last, I summarize the issues in the research and development process, and propose a outlook of high-grade embroidery machines'follow-up research and development.This issue achieved a successful pattern algorithm design as well as good, humane graphical user interface development, and test has certified the results. My work on this subject have a high reference value on the development of high-grade industrial embroidery machine.
