Design a hard real-time embedded operating system based on the WinCE5.0 to 32-bit RISC architecture ARM9 processor S3C2440A to dominate the chip to MAX II CPLD EPM1270 series of high-speed chip interfaces for the embroidery machine controller.The goal is high-speed, high-quality, used as a spindle servo motor drive, stepping motor as X / Y axis drive, with USB and Ethernet ports, set aside special embroidered interface, with high-resolution color Touch screen, powerful, user-friendly operation.This paper analyses how to achieve the system software platform, including the structure and operating system WinCE5.0 customized principles, and gives the customization process of WinCE5.0 operating system based on the specific hardware platform. According to needs of high-speed industrial embroidery machine system function and hardware resources allocated analysis of the WinCE5.0 BSP package of S3C2440A development and allocation methods, the BSP package is the actual development process and methods. To the development of WinCE5.0 drivers have a specific analysis and combined with the practical application in high-speed industrial embroidery machine summed up the development of methods and processes.To the structure of WinCE5.0 file system and registry have a systematic analysis Put forward for the structure of industrial control equipment registry.In a detailed analysis of the Bootloader of WinCE5.0's principles and framework, according to the function of the system and the demand for hardware resources allocation, and to the universal system, compatibility and scalability to the corresponding reserve.
